St Andrews Free Church began life as a small church plant from St Peters Church, Dundee around 2003. From those early beginnings, God has grown us to be a thriving church family.
Over the last 10 years the church has met in various locations and at various times but our core convictions and aims have remained unchanged.
We believe passionately that the good news of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is not only true and relevant but also deeply fulfilling and life-changing.
For that reason, we want to do everything we can to play our part in the global mission of God’s people. After he rose from the dead, Jesus told his followers to ’make disciples of all nations’ (Matthew 28.19) His words shape our aims as a church family. They can be summarized under three headings. To the glory of God, we seek to:
- Reach out to people with the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Build people up in the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Send people out into the world as workers for Jesus Christ
